Barrel cache

* The bandit you were chasing fled across the tavern, toppling tables and patrons along his path. As you enter the room he went in, you stop. No one in there, and you can't see any doors he could have been through.

Maybe it was another room? As you start to turn back, you see a faint gleam of light coming out of the pile of barrels in the back of the room.
