Their powers are frequently enough to make them undisputed leaders of the motley coalition of goblins, orcs, and giants, that they use to raid and pillage their former homelands or to carve the domains from themselves somewhere far from the settled lands, where they can impose taxes on merchant caravans or plunder them at their will.
