Oftix is secretly an assassin and keeps a poisoned dagger tucked into her shell. As tortle customs are not well known among the human lands, she can pass off any awkward or murderous behavior as cultural differences. She takes care to move slowly and awkwardly in public in order to disguise the fact that she is as swift and agile as any elf.
