Some gods are called not to bless the loved ones, but to curse the enemies. Some gods are forbidden, their worship held in secret, some gods are prey on their followers, corrupting their souls.
Such god is Chernobog, the Black One, Lord of the Night, Patron of Fear and Mass Murder. His hunger is rapacious, his wrath is blinding. When walks the realms of mortals – always at night – the moon darkens, animals grow skittish and hide, wraiths rise from their tombs and graveyards become the orgies of undeath that prey on the living.
He is the lord of everything foul, master of abomination and monstrosities and it is said that he has existed even before consciousness and thought and that his dark will created abominations and monstrosities that even now prey on mortal minds and souls from the Underworld where Chernobog reins.
